Still No Prop 1C Infill
Guidelines |
|
State HCD has still not released the Final Grant
Guidelines for the Prop 1C Infill Infrastructure funds.
Yesterday, Housing California sent an alert that Senator
Perata wanted teh HCD to allocate 80% of the funds to
areas rather than projects. HCD had proposed a split of
58% projects/42% areas. We expect the guidelinse to hit
the streets next
week. |
