Since 1990, the San Diego Housing Federation has worked to build and sustain a vital affordable housing program for the San Diego region by working to increase the variety and supply of safe, stable, and permanently affordable homes for lower income San Diegans.
The Federation plays a distinct and vital role as the region’s leading voice for the affordable housing industry, as well as the people it serves. Our focus is on expanding the region’s ability to provide much-needed housing and services to low-income San Diegans. We do this by providing education, networking, and timely information to our members, as well as maintaining a deep involvement in state and local public policy decision-making.
