The HEAL (Homeless-Experienced Advocacy and Leadership) Network is a county-wide collective of residents dedicated to transforming housing policy in San Diego. We provide a respectful, community-led space for neighbors with lived experience of homelessness—specifically those who are formerly unhoused or insecurely housed. Through advocacy and leadership, we empower individuals to fix the systems that cause housing instability and drive policy change across our communities.
