Rental Home Stability Program Resources


In 2012, Community Housing Works (CHW) in partnership with the property management organization, ConAm, developed the Rental Housing Stability Program (RHSP) to assist residents to stay housed when facing a possible eviction.  Recently, staff from CHW, ConAm and the Legal Aid Society presented information about this program and the presentation as well as further information is offered below.  The Rental Home Stability Program (RHSP) provides eviction prevention to residents who are facing a financial crisis. The RHSP is a six-month financial counseling program with the primary goal of stabilizing housing and finances to avoid legal eviction. 65% of residents enrolled in RHSP successfully remain housed.
