Working Together in Housing: Roles, Mission & Collaborative Care

This interactive workshop offers an overview of roles and responsibilities in resident services and supportive housing, with a focus on collaborative care. We’ll explore the question “Who’s who?” across housing teams, revisit our shared mission, and discuss how each role contributes to resident success. Through real-world scenarios and guided discussion, participants will learn practical ways to support one another across disciplines—property management, resident services, and beyond—while keeping residents at the center of the work.

This workshop will take place virtually from 9-10:15 am on Tuesday, August 19th. Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
